Morgan is a dynamic entrepreneur, skilled negotiator, and creative force in the real estate investment space. As the founder of Joye Luck R-D LLC and Joye Properties, LLC, she has led the successful acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential and commercial properties across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Middle Tennessee—maintaining profitability across all of her projects through disciplined due diligence and strategic execution.
With a strong foundation in sales, finance, and operations—honed from her experience as a former dealership owner and being raised by entrepreneurial parents—Morgan has a sharp business instinct and a passion for the creative process of real estate. She plays a key role in project execution, investor relations, and shaping the long-term growth of Tactical Realty Solutions.
Lee Sage
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Lee brings over 30 years of experience as a wealth manager, business consultant, and managing partner of real estate investment and capital acquisition firms. He currently serves as Managing Partner of Strike Eagle Holdings LLC, Strike Eagle Consulting LLC, and Tactical Realty Solutions LLC.
With a background spanning Sales Management, Operations, Marketing, Financial Services, and Business Administration, Lee has held full P&L responsibility and driven performance across diverse industries. Known for his hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and process improvement skills, Lee plays an instrumental role in investor strategy and the firm’s capital partnerships.
