We originally purchased this property as a single-family home sitting on a large lot. Our goal was to unlock the full potential of this site — and we did just that.

The real magic of this project came from what we did behind the front home.
After obtaining a variance from Berkeley County, we were able to subdivide the land and create two brand new lots — allowing us to install and develop new manufactured homes to create affordable housing inventory.
What We Did:
Subdivided the land into 3 total parcels
Installed 2 brand new manufactured homes at:

115 Sandy Oaks Lane, Cross, SC 29436
Developed the lots with all infrastructure (septic, water, power)
Handled detitlement and conversion to real property
